As you can see from the pictures it was a peaceful event, with locals enjoying metered space, paying quarters hourly of-course.
It was a peaceful installation, until the Boys in Blue crashed the PARTY.
After the one man ARMY arrived all havoc broke LOOSE. Hippies yelling at COPS, COPS yelling at Hippies, Jeff Yelling at Ed, Security Guards yelling at each other, bums yelling at themselves...
The ruckus ensued for about 15 minutes, with everyone watching hoping that the POLICE was gonna strike one of the hippies in the face, unfortunately that never happened, it was still a spectacle. Jake and Q , don't even know whats going on.
even "Bicycle BOB" was in the mix.

Moral of the story, try not to have peaceful events in LA or the Police will have a temper tantrum and break it up.
