Perfect Fit

Last week, we decided to honor none other than Kobe Bryant on his birthday with this placement on the shop's front window.  Hopefully this year Mamba will be able to lead the Lakers to a good season, only time will tell.

Here's a close-up of the new addition to the shop.

At least the Dodgers have been representing LA pretty well this year, we'll be rooting for them as the post season approaches.

Our homie Jackie Jin won the Sneaker Battle at DXC Las Vegas earlier this month, and this was his prize.  We've had it on display at our shop thanks to him, let's see if Jackie can win back-to-back sneaker titles this Saturday at Sneakerpimps x DXC Los Angeles.

There's been PLENTY of new arrivals lately, so be sure to check out our site on a daily basis before all the DEALS are sold out.

The RIF team is always ready to help you out in whatever way we can, these guys are the driving force behind the company and you can catch them all at the shop on a daily basis.

Our good friend and employee 2nd street Willy came up on a pair of 2001 Space Jams at the shop.  We've been happy to see him make the transition from living on the streets to working for us part time in order to afford rent on an apartment in Downtown LA.  Keep it up Willy.

Willy lacing up his kicks, they were a perfect fit.

Shoutout to Octavio, Jazmin, and Tavia Carrillo for stopping by the shop, we hope you all enjoy your shoes and it was a pleasure to meet you.

Shoutout to Jax Medel (@jaxmakesmovies) for stopping by and copping some HEAT.  As you can see, one wasn't enough for her!

Shoutout to the homie Drew Breezy for stopping by, be sure to check out his blog here.

Last but not least, shoutout to NBA players Kendall Marshall and Reggie Bullock for stopping by the shop and picking up some kicks, nice to meet you guys and we wish you both the best of luck in the upcoming NBA season.

Greater >

It's been yet another busy week at the shop as the team prepares for the Back to School season.  Everyone has been hard at work to make sure RIF has been up to the standard that YOU all hold us to.

Be sure to check out the top racks behind the counter for some of the new arrivals of HEAT in the shop.  Platinum Yeezy 2's, 1994 Bred 1's, #28 of 60 SneakerPimps Hyperposites, Game Worn KD 6 from the Drew League, and a Solar Red Yeezy 2.
What's your pick?

Unfortunately, all good things come to an end, and after being DS for over a decade these shoes CRACKED.  RIP to these Midnight 6's: 2000-2013

There's no better reward for RIF staff than a hard earned lunch break, especially when the team gets blessed with In-N-Out.

You're not going to find any better fast food than this, here's a close up on the burgers.

The animal fries are greater > than any other style of french fries.

Pleasure to meet you Influence, this gentleman does street poetry and you can catch him anywhere in the greater Los Angeles area performing his original poetry on the streets.

Here's a closer look at some of the most sought after LeBron's we've recently received at the shop. We'll start off with the red P.S. LeBron 10's from the Championship pack.

Here is an up-close look at the upper.

Finally, the gold speckled, icy outsole.

Here is the second half of the Championship pack, the low-top LeBron 10 "Floral."

The details on this pair are NUTS.

Finally, the Watch the Throne LeBron 9's.

Here's another angle.

For those of you who do not know, we will be in attendance next week at Sneakerpimps x DXC Los Angeles at Icon LA.  We look forward to seeing you all there, and you can now pick up your tickets at RIF LA.

Shoutout to Sneakerpimps for this hat, as well as the limited Hyperposites we have for display in the shop.

Shoutout to Jordan Hamilton of the Denver Nuggets for stopping by the shop.

Rudy Gay and Demar DeRozan stopped by the shop recently, this was the CLEAN whip they pulled up in.

Heffe chopping it up with the NBA stars outside of RIF.

Until next time fellas, we hope you have a great upcoming season with the Toronto Raptors.

On that note, here's a look at one of Rudy Gay's best game-winners over none other than LeBron James for a fitting "flashback friday" look back at Rudy's days in Memphis.

Fun and Games

This past weekend, we had the pleasure of traveling to DXC Las Vegas to see what Sin City had in store for us.  The venue was probably bigger than any other DXC recently held, not to mention there were clear blue skies when we arrived.

The floor inside was PACKED with people who were eager to buy, sell, or trade kicks.  The turnout was good and there were plenty of vendors as well.  Overall, it was a good event.

There were a TON of vendors there just to show off their HEAT.  Peep these Dunkman LeBron 2's.

The rest of the Flight Skool table.

KicksOnFire was in the building as well.

It was a very quick vacation for the RIF team, as we arrived by noon and left Las Vegas by 5pm.  Below, the weather was not nearly as welcoming as when we first arrived.  After this picture, it started POURING rain as we made our way back home.

Back at the shop, it was all fun and games.  Danny was rocking his custom HBA tee, pretty sweg to say the least.

Here's Cris feeling stunty with three pairs of Yeezy 2's, LOL.
Shoutout to Quinlan Jordan (@Quinlan222 for stopping by, nice to meet you bro!

Whenever you come by the shop, be sure to check out the USED section on the benches and window displays in the front of the shop,  this is where you'll be able to come up on some good DEALS.
Although the Air Penny 2 does not hold a high resell value, this shoe is still a gem and rarely comes through the shop in DS condition.  It was only right to snap a quick picture of this shoe, who knows when another will come by in this condition.

Manwell x ConYe

Captain Barlos decided to stop by and pick up some new Supreme from RIF DOS.

We still have a limited amount of Rock The Bells tickets, be sure to stop by and pick yours up! Here's the final line up.
Finally, we look forward to Sneakerpimps x DXC Los Angeles which will be held August 31st.
Until next time, have a blessed week.
